Praxium is searching for a new team member who wants to play a part in delivering insightful and impactful educational programmes that help youth gain clarity in life.
Our work in Education/Career Guidance and Development is rapidly growing in 2024 and we need your support in working with educators from schools to deliver on the growing demand for our programmes.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients to understand requirements and coordinate for programmes
- Writing proposals for educational programmes based on client requirements
- Equipping part-time trainers/facilitators with programme knowledge to support their delivery
- Collaborating with other members of the team to develop learning materials
- Coordinating logistics and developing materials needed
- Managing and executing educational programmes at schools and organisations
- Report on effectiveness of programmes and implement improvements if necessary
